It is true that if you are not an engineer who is familiar with bridges, determining whether a bridge is safe to cross simply by looking at it is difficult; however, there are some bridges that even if you are unfamiliar with bridges, you can easily see that they are extremely dangerous to cross, particularly in a car.
In a video uploaded on Facebook, a driver is shown driving a car across an extremely unsafe bridge, and one can only wonder what gave the driver the courage to drive over such a clearly dangerous bridge.
In the video, you can see a driver who is clearly a risk-taker and does not value his life as highly as he should was crossing an extremely dangerous-looking bridge with a truck loaded with timbers.
The bridge was made of wood, and just watching the video from the beginning will tell you what will happen if this driver continues to drive on it, and you'll wish you could shout at him through the screen to stop, but you can't, and the driver seemed ever determined to cross it with his timbers, and you guessed it, the inevitable happened to him.
When he was in the middle of the bridge, it began to creak under him, but he kept going. It wasn't long before the bridge collapsed beneath him, taking him and his timber truck with it.
