Senegal are the reigning African champions and they are absolutely determined to retain their title at any cost this time around. As expected, they have started their qualification campaign with a win and as a result have shot right to the top of the table.
It needs to be mentioned that they had let in a total of just 2 goals all through their victorious Cup of Nations campaign. They had also remained unbeaten in their previous qualifiers as well.
Meanwhile Rwanda did not even manage to secure a ticket to the previous edition of the Cup of Nations. They were able to secure a total of just one win all through the competition and embarrassingly they were able to score only a single goal as well.
Rwanda were winless in 8 of their past 9 overall fixtures, and in the process they had even gone on a 4-game losing streak. They had conceded 2 or more goals in 3 of their past 5 matches, and they had lost 3 of their last 4 appearances at home as well.
Do also note that they have won just once at home since June of 2021.
Considering these observations, expect a win for Senegal this Tuesday.
