Since the year 2000, the Millennium Excellence Award has been recognizing Ghanaians and Africans in all sectors of the economy, for their selflessness, zealousness, and innovative solutions in addressing both economic and socital needs of their countries.
The Millennium Excellence Foundation, with the distinguished leadership of one of the worlds most revered Monarch, His Royal Majesty, the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, is shaping Africa with illuminating stories of distinction chartered by Selfless act of the citizens of the continent.
The Celebration of the 20th Awards Ceremony of the THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS AND SOVEREIGN AWARD IN GHANA yesterday took place at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi.
As posted on the Facebook page of Honorable Abu Jinapo, under the Royal auspices of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo received the highest and most coveted of the Awards for his examplary and visionary Leadership over the decades.
Though, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has come under fire in recent times, I believe when we look beyond such issues as fixthecountry, Kaaka's murder, plus other pertinent issues facing the country, President Nana Addo Dankwa has done creditably well over the years.
His focus and unwavering strength to establish the Free Senior High School and the Galamsey alone is enough Achievement.
Again his strategic plans that helped us as a Nation to fight the COVID-19 pandemic that hugely affected other countries such as the USA, Italy and even on our own African continent South Africa, must certainly be appreciated.
This is an undoubted and undeniable achievement that is recognized by other international bodies.
President Nana Addo might have not met our wholestic expectations but he will surely be remembered one day by these Selfless action his government took to protect the interest of Ghanaians.
