Women and now the occupants of high position in society. Gone are the days the kitchen was reserved for women. However,l that conception a mentality has been abolished, as females are allowed to go to school and compete with their fellow male counterpart. For a Ghanaian female to be named among the top 50 Most Influential Female Leaders in Africa within the corporate and business sphere by Leading Ladies Africa, it is an achievement for women, Ghanaian women to be precise.
One such industrious woman is Patricia Obo-Nai. She is a Ghanaian female engineer and the first female to become Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Ghana.She is an old student of St Roses Senior High and the Presbyterian Boys' Senior High School. She further pursued Electrical Engineering at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science.She also holds an Executive MBA from the University of Ghana and Executive Education degree from the Kellogg School of Management.
She was appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone on 19 February 2019. This appointment took effect on 1st April 2019. In addition, she is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers Vodafone's executive committee.
