Good news to trainees of NABCO as their monies are going to be paid.

Hello people thanks for stopping by to see this piece of article. Read to the end and leave a comment. Thanks.

The government has waived one month out of 10 due to trainees of the Nation Builders Corps (NABCO).

This was confirmed by Denis Opoku Katakiye, President of the Association of NABCO Trainees in Ghana (NABTAG).

NABTAG President said in a statement: In fact, from December 2021 he still has 9 months left to calculate until August 2022. "

NABCO trainees said that the monthly payment was only a fraction of the total outstanding, but that the government had taken steps to "improve the unfortunate situation in which we find ourselves." said he was grateful.

They also called on the government, especially the Ministry of Finance, to "include trainees' unpaid arrears in subsequent assignments so that the Secretariat can pay for the remaining months."

NABTAG warned trainees not to take any steps possible to ensure they receive scholarships for the remaining months.

"If, after a long period of time, the arrears for the remaining months are not paid in full, the leadership will take other rigorous measures to forcefully secure payment. I've done it before and will do it again. "
