People now go to universities and select a particular programme based on how many people are currently doing it. Others hate on some programmes because they feel it is below their standard, but brethren, if you follow others to pursue a wrong programme, you will achieve an empty certificate.
Knust, UEW, UCC, UDS are few of Ghana's university of choice; in UEW, Early Childhood Education and Basic Education are particularly centered around children's development, until they are fit enough to enter high schools and more. Unlike Political Science, Social Studies, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering and Law which are offered in many universities in the country, Early Childhood Education and Basic Education are only offered in UCC and UEW and it would be a wise choice to book yourself a seat in these courses.
The foundation of the child is key to the society and it is a lifetime activity that can't be ignored, that's why any Early Childhood graduate or Basic Education graduate will never go jobless because the later jobs after university is always in demand. Also in the process of studying these courses, students are given the opportunity to observe and also teach children in order to have an experience of what their field of work will be like.
In case you haven't bought forms yet, consider a course that will be in demand no matter what situation befalls the society.
