We Have Passed Through It Too, Pay Them The Arrears: Ghanaians Reacts As John Mahama Breaks Silence

Former President John Dramani Mahama has sent it out straight to the National Service Scheme secretariat over the unpaid allowances deemed for national service personnel.

On his Facebook page former president John Dramani Mahama lamented on the hardship associated with been a national service personnel and the need to pay these personnel their arrears as soon as possible.

He said "I empathize with National Service personnel today. We have all passed through the scheme before. Please pay them the arrears of their allowances".

The reaction from Ghanaians shows that it's just the same world they need form the former president, they sounded that it's a step in the right direction in prompting Nana Addo on his managerial skills a president.

Here are reactions:

• Nana Addo has destroyed this country to an extent that even service personnel cannot receive their allowance in time.

• The heat in this country is so real, I empathize with the few Ghanaians who tried to change this government for unforeseen bad governance, misappropriation of public funds, looting and stealing, and for those on the blind-side shouting and chanting 4more, their hardship will not end and no sorry for them because they are so deserving it.

• Please tell him again. We are suffering a lot as national service personnel. May allowance is supposed to be ready but today that they just paid our March allowance and for April and May we don't even know when, this is the state of Ghana now.
