Employment in the country is very scarce. Graduates find it difficult to get jobs these days. There are measures put in place by government to create jobs but it can only afford few graduates.
This brought about an association which is known to be Unemployment Graduates Association of Ghana(UGAG). This association was formed in 2011. It was formed to ensure the well being of all tertiary student graduates.
The head office of the association is in Accra.
They fight for employment for their members. They also create various training to their members in order to make them creative in fields of their expertise. All they seek is employment for all. One do not have to struggle to get a job in the country when the person is qualified.
Now the question is, has this association had an impact on graduates since its establishment. Well on you the reader can tell us.
