Mr. President Nana Akufo-Addo, despite the fight against the deadly virus, resume schools for final year students in Ghana to write their final year test(WASSCE) as its done officially but unfortunately, some schools are not finding it easy with the reopening of schools.
Though COVID-19 protocols were put in place to prevent the spread of the virus among students but a school in the Western Region of Ghana; Diabene Senior High School is finding it very difficult to adhere to the COVID-19 protocols as they lack facilities and utilities which will help them adhere to the protocols.
An interview with one of the students revealed that, there’s shortage of water supply on the school’s premises. One student said, they had to go outside the school’s premises to get water, therefore adhering to the Covid-19 protocols is a failure. This has created fear among students.
Things gets worse as a female student collapses on schools premises. Students now tremble and panic in fear as they explained that demonic spirits have invaded the school, therefore they suspects their colleague who collapsed as a victim of demonic attack.
They added that they are being hunted at night as they hear creepy cries and voices when they are asleep. Concerned parents quickly rushed to the school to get their wards, this has caused so much chaos at the school's premises as officials and teacher left speechless. From the look of things, most students are likely to evacuate the school.
