Leader and Founder of the International God Way Church Bishop Daniel Obinim has assured all church members to remain calm as he only had a problem as Bishop Daniel Obinim (Human) and not Angel Obinim (Angel of God).
According to him, during his arrest and subsequent detention, the Angel part of him was busily visiting church members to perform miracles in their lives.
Addressing church members in his first live television broadcast after his arrest by the Police CID, Bishop Daniel Obinim indicated to his followers that his spirit has always been with them.
“The human in me had a small problem in Ghana but the angel in me cannot have any problem, whilst I was away as human, the angel kept visiting you and I was with you all the while,” he indicated.
He also told his followers to keep staying home even though the president has lifted the ban imposed on church activities.
Bishop Obinim claim to have more congregation which will make it virtually impossible for them to gather in batches of hundred (100) as the President has directed.
The President has lifted the ban imposed on churches because of the Coronavirus outbreak but he has also directed we cannot hold church services with more than hundred worshippers and looking at the congregation of the International Gods Way Church (IGWC), we cannot abide by this directive so we are not meeting anymore. I will only hold counselling sessions so all interested persons can come for counselling,” He Noted.
Bishop Daniel Obinim was last month arrested for the offences of forgery and false publication. He was subsequently granted bail after spending over three days in police custody.
