Armed robbery has become prevalent in this country as the year is ending. We do not know the rationale behind this, but could it be a cause of the high rate of unemployment? Or Greediness and wickedness?
We have been counting more robbery cases every day yet we have not been able to increase security levels in most areas.
According to the report, the police were informed at 4 am that people were robbed and attacked between Abrabra and Nkonya in Sefwi so they assembled an anti-robbery squad to chase them.
The people let the police know the robbers ran into the forest so they chased them there and the robbers started firing their guns immediately they saw the policemen but fortunately, none of the policemen were harmed, luckily but unfortunately for the robbers, one was shot and died on the spot, injured two and one died when they were taking him to the hospital and they grabbed the other one.
The Policemen have done their best and I guess they need some applauds!
