Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sylvester Asare told the Accra Circuit Court managed by Ms Ellen Asamoah that the arraignment was all the while hanging tight for exhortation from the Lawyer General's Specialization.

Presently, there are around 16,000 objections in the issue.

At the last court sitting, the Adjudicator deferred the issue at the case of the arraignment.

At the point when the case was approached Tuesday, June 23, 2020, the State documented new charges against NAM 1

It, thusly, asked the Court not to accept his request as there would be further guidelines.

The Circuit Court on July 26, a year ago conceded him bail in the total of GH¢1 billion with five guarantees, three to be legitimized.

He had argued not liable to all charges leveled against him by the State initially.NAM 1 was at first accused of abetment of wrongdoing, swindling by affectations, carrying on a store taking business without permit, offer of minerals without permit, unlawful store taking, and illegal tax avoidance.

He had purportedly taken different wholes of cash, adding up to GH¢1.6 billion from clients.
