The man of God, Catechist Charles Koranteng and his family on Sunday 16th August went to church to preach the word of God to his congregants only to return home to see the ransacking of his home.
The story has is that items such as cloths, electrical appliances and food stuffs were all taken away. But the most surprising part was the Banku and Palmnut soup which had been prepared for the family's lunch after the church service. The intruder ate the food and scattered the remaining on the compound of the house.
It is believed the thief is probably one of the young men in the neighborhood of the preacher, and investigation has since began after the incident was reported to the Police.
It is imperative for citizens to take responsibility of their own safety by putting in the right measures that will make it extremely difficult for thiefs to get access to their homes.
