Murdered Nurse: Court Refuses Application To Free Suspected Killer

The Asokwa Locale Court has dismissed an application looking to release one of the speculates connected to the slaughtering of a network wellbeing attendant, Ruth Ama Eshun. 


On Monday, September 7, 2020, the case was deferred again to September 23, 2020, after the court managed by H/H Korkor Owusu Akyaw declined the solicitation, a circumstance that left the legal counselors of Dominic Fosu frustrated. 


The legal advisors had asked the court to release the suspect because of the absence of significant proof to arraign him. 


Fosu and his accessory Kofi Gariba had before been conceded a ¢100,000 bail each after their attorneys went to a High Court to push for their delivery. 


The arraignment, nonetheless, is yet to get guidance from the Lawyer General's Office. 


News about the passing of Mrs. Eshun shook the whole country as Ghanaians propelled a mission for the capture and arraignment of the suspects. 


The late Eshun, 37, was discovered dormant at Ayuom in the Bosomtwe Area in the Ashanti district on February 4, 2020, when she neglected to get back after work. 


She abandoned a spouse, Kwadwo Arhin, and three kids, who have been frequenting the court to watch procedures as they request equity for the lady they depict as "kind-hearted." 


"We are observing the situation, however examinations show up moderate," Arhin said during an introduction by the Network Wellbeing Medical attendants Relationship of Ghana on May 1. 


"It will be my greatest satisfaction if culprits of this terrible wrongdoing are brought to book," the sad single man said.
