Ghana Sets Another Record In The Ghana Police Service

Ghana's cynosure of democracy is getting a maximum consideration of females in the protection and management of state affairs and properties.

Democracy provides a room for the views of all followers to raise their concerns about a particular thing, now females are getting recognition at all sectors of the country.

The service over the years was seen to be largely dominated by males, because females were mostly discouraged in one way or another.

Ghana has set another record by appointing a police officer who is a woman, DCOP Mrs. Habiba Akyere Twumasi Sarpong has been given the nod to be in charge of the Central Regional Police Command.

This move is very impressive for a woman to be given such office because of her confidence level, this I must say will restore the recent shake-up in the Ghana Police Service.

Mrs. Habiba and other females on top are to serve as role models for young girls who are at the verge of losing hope in their endeavours.

A female has been chosen as the central Regional Police Command.
