The Tribe In Africa Where Women Wear Leaves Instead Of Clothes Out Of Fear

The culture of Africa is incredibly interesting due to the fact it is varied, depending on which country you visit. When it comes to African history and culture there is so much to learn about.

For the inhabitants of Koma, in Adamawa northern region, wearing clothes brings the anger of Gods, which might result in death or barrenness for women.

The Koma people live in the Atlantika Mountains, near the Cameroonian border. The Koma people were officially acknowledged as Nigerians for the first time in 1961. The Koma people are a primitive ethnic group that still live in the prehistoric age.

Also, the Koma people believe that identical twins are bad. They consider every twin birth to be a sin, and as a result, twins are demonized. Before the twins were buried alive with their mothers, they were sacrificed to the gods. Due to modernity, they no longer engage in this activity.

Men have the right to give their wives to strangers, visitors, family members, and even friends. The Koma men welcome their visitors in the same way others do: with Kolanuts and their wives.

What's your thoughts about this tribe that still doesn't wear clothes in this modern age. Please share your opinion and views with us and don't forget to share this wonderful educative post.
