Tilapia the cartoonist is an awesome Ghanaian comic cartoon creator that picks trending subjects in the country and generates an awesome piece of art with an intended message.
Tilapia today made a tremendous piece of cartoon on the just-ended National Delegates Conference of the ruling New Patriotic Party where the finance minister was asked if he will resign as Ghanaians demand.
The answer he gave depicts the concept tilapia had nicely crafted in a cartoon structure drawing the attention of Ghanaians too.
Below are worrying acknowledgments from Ghanaians over his art:
• This man has made me fear humble people, he's very dangerous than coronavirus. I had high hopes for him but he's proved to be a wolf in a sheep's skin.
• Abandon them. They can better manage themselves to grow than your incompetent parenting. They should die in this manner than be fed with waste.
• That's why there is Dovsu and the child protection agency to protect children. Meaning if a father is irresponsible or useless, such a father is either put to check or the child was taken away from him his safety and well-being of the child. That should be your faith.
• In Europe if parents are not doing well in taking care of their children, they are forced to hand over their children to an organization that can take the responsibility for the children. So Mr man abandons us for the right institutions to come to our aid.
