Information reaching Opera News Ghana this afternoon indicated that a building close to the old Cambridge International and the Creative Art School which is being constructed by the Nana Addo's led administration has been set ablaze by fire this afternoon.
Fire which is a good master but a bad servant has devoured a building which is about 150 meters close to the ongoing Creative Art School building in Kwadaso today, 9th January, 2023 as it destroys major properties worth GHC 80000 with no casualty
According to reliable source, before the arrival of the Opera News correspondent, some children who were playing outside the house in question found a smoke coming from the house and shouted which drew the attention of many people to surround the front side of the house.
Some Lotto agents and workers sited beside that house broke into the house, who later mixed some washing powder with water and poured the foam over the fire but such effort though, proved efficient but wasn't enough to quench the fire.
As at now, the cause of such fire is yet to be known but among the items that got burnt were furniture, plastic materials, television sets, computers, refrigerators whereas four buildings got burnt entirely.
