The current affairs of Accra Hearts of Oak have been quite impressive as compared to some years back. The administration of Togbe Afede as the Head of Accra Hearts of Oak has not seen any trophy as compared to his predecessors.
Though Accra Hearts of Oak could boast of enjoying some glorious days due to the trophies they won. Unfortunately, Togbe Afede has not been able to reach that feat despite spending much on the team.
There is something the former caretakers couldn't do, thus, infrastructure. The team has ever lacked in infrastructure since ancient times.
The positive thing Togbe has decided to do is to create something that will be peculiar to his reign. Yes, he may not boast of trophies but if he can create one or two infrastructure, he will be remembered forever.
Although objections have been raised opposing the administration of the Board Chairman, I think his vision is on something they have not thought of. Supporting Togbe to write the infrastructural history of the club will be an addition to all.
