Trust me when you see these buildings you will be shocked by how beautiful this abandoned places still look even in their deteriorated states. I was scrolling through one of the notable social media platforms when I chanced upon this beautiful pictures of abandoned places around the world. Places which still in their abandoned states look eye catchy and worth looking.

Among this beautiful notable places are the Winter Palace of Saint Petersburg ,Russia, the Chateau Du Loup in Belgium, An abandoned Island in Japan and others.

The winter Palace of Saint Petersburg in Russia is a palace in Saint Petersburg which served as the official residence of the Russian Emperors from 1732 to 1917. The emperors constructed their palace on a monumental scale that aimed to reflect the might and power of Imperial Russia.

The Chateau Du Loup in Belgium also known as Castle Wolvenhof was designed by J. Vercoutere and constructed between 1912 and 1914 for the industrialist, Gasparal Vanden Bogaerde. It was converted into prison camp by the Germans during the World War One when it's owner, Bogaerde was away for war. Towards the end of the war, Castle Wolvenhof sustained a significant amount of damage as much of the wood, including the very expensive floorboards, was torn out and used as firewood
