Brief history about the Paga Crocodile pond (Chief's pond)

Paga crocodile pond is a beautiful place which is located at Paga in the Upper East Region of Ghana which is inhabited by West African Crocodiles. Due to the friendly nature of the crocodiles, it has become a popular tourist site to visit where by, it attracts many tourists around the globe to come and visit and also have fun. The pond is now reliant on tourism to ensure the population of crocodiles remain fed and healthy. The pond is also known as Chief's pond. The site also generate money for the community which is use for developmental projects. The people of Page are so lovely to the extend the that, they welcome tourists to the site in a grand style. It's very interesting to visit the site and see how the crocodiles are so friendly and harmless. The site also creates employment to the community people where they earn monies for themselves to help them make life easier and simple.
