Ghanaians Massively React As TV3 Ghana Drops This Picture Of ECG

Readers can recall that there have been loud complaints amongst Ghanaians about the service provided to prepaid customers.

The Electricity Company of Ghana has described the issue as a "technical challenge affecting its prepaid service delivery".

TV3 Ghana has posted on its social media platform the logo or symbol of the Electricity of Ghana.

"We have waited three days just to try if we can buy our prepaid credit online as we used to do. The app does not work. It is terrible and we need someone to help us" a customer in one of the regions complained.

Interestingly, the Electricity Company has assured its prepaid customers of working to restore the app and has opened its district offices to provide the alternative service for this Saturday and Sunday.

Per the announcement, ECG will be opened at these offices from 9 AM to 4 PM from 1st to 2nd October 2022. Should ECG not be applauded for its proactiveness or desire to provide instant solutions?
