The reason why I am asking this question is because Vodafone Ghana is treating my mom and I unfairly, whenever we buy airtime we don't use it but before we realize it has vanished from our phones, no matter the amount we buy. This has been going on for long, So we decided never to buy airtime unto our Vodafone SIM again.
Just this Friday I needed data to bundle, instead of buying the data through Vodafone cash I forgot myself and bought Gh6.00 worth of airtime, immediately the airtime landed in my SIM, I was left with gh5.30 after one hour without making any call, When I check my balance I was left with gh3. 20 and finally the next day when I checked am left with only gh0.30.
I want Vodafone Ghana Or any staff to tell me what wrong we have committed for treating us badly or this treatment is meant for every Vodafone user,if not they should refund all the airtime they have taken back to us.
Do you face the same problem or any other problems with Vodafone?
