Sleeping with your phone close to you can be hazardous to your health. 

 Most often we sleep with our phones just beside our pillows. For most people the only time their phones are away from them as they sleep is when it is on charge.

 Despite it many importance, Mobile phones especially smartphones have been proven to emit dangerous radiation which causes a lot of infirmities to users. 

 A lot of users have being diagnosed of cancer due to the use of the device in discussion. The average woman may place her phone on her breast and this is a high cause of breast cancer. 

 According to research, children face higher health risk from cell phones. The potential harm from microwave radiation (MWR) given off by wireless devices, particularly for children and unborn babies, is the highlight of a new review. Although the data are conflicting, links between MWR and cancer have been observed.

Generally, mobile phones emit radiation due to transmission signal around 900MHz. Owing to this, keeping cell phones close to the head for prolonged periods can lead to headaches, muscle pains, and other complicated health issues.

 It is therefore advisable to put off your phone or even as it is on, away from the bed whiles sleeping. Meanwhile using the phone late at night too is not advisable since it takes your sleep period which in turn could pose some health deficits.

 Also sleeping with your phone close to you when it is on could disturb your sleep with notifications and others.

 In the nutshell, keeping phone away from you when sleeping at night is very helpful and advisable.
