There has been new arrangements relative to the national service personnel's allowance.
The executives of the National Service Scheme wishes to inform its personnel on the new development in relation to their January February allowances.
The scheme wishes to inform its personnel that the February 2021 monthly evaluation form has been submitted automatically on their dashboard and for that matter, personnel need not to go through the difficulties in printing, filling and submission of the form.
Now the exercise was done automatically for all personnel and for that matter no monitory action was really taken.
The data used to do this exercise was that of the January 2021 monthly evaluation form’s database. The scheme entreat all personnel to verify from their dashboard as to whether or not the exercise has taken effect.
If you verify to see that the February 2021 evaluation form indicates submitted, then you are good to go but if otherwise, personnel are advised to print the February evaluation form and after doing the needful, submit to the office for entry.
Take note that the January evaluation form has totally vanished from the dashboard. So if you visit "your allowance" on the dashboard, you will see that the January evaluation form has been entered.
Now for those who couldn't submit your January evaluation form, you shall see that the February evaluation form is still on the dashboard not submitted.
Therefore, if you have already printed the January evaluation form then fill it and submit it for entry.
Note also that, others will see an empty space at the position designated for the Monthly Evaluation Form. This means that, they were able to print both months and did submitted them on time.
The entire exercise of automatic entry of the monthly Evaluation Form was due to the incremental nature of the coronavirus in the country.
Personnel are advised to continue observing the coronavirus protocols.
