Don't Make These Mistakes I Made As A Businessman

Entrepreneurship is not just about zeal and goal, and it is not just about passion and vision, Wisdom is very important in your journey of building a business, You don't wait to learn from your personal experience as you can easily learn from other people's experiences.

1. I WAS TOO EXCITED:

Excitement is good, but it's bad when it takes over your sense of logic and common sense, My sense of frugality was suddenly captivated by the excitement of having so much money in my bank account, In my mind's eye, all I wanted to do was build a major business and start generating a lot of money, The way you see business on paper differs from how it is conducted on the street,When it comes to money, especially loans, never get too excited, Find an accountability partner to help you relax and think clearly.

2. I STARTED VERY BIG

Start small and work your way up, regardless of how much money you have, Start small and scale up quickly, even if the money is yours. I began out huge and didn't have enough consumers to fill the void I created, To keep the washing business afloat, I continued to incur "significant" expenses, While the business was not producing enough revenue to support its expenses, I was paying workers and dealing with the problem of disloyal staff.

Of course, you plan for working capital to pay expenses during the business's incubation period. However, if you start large, the costs will be overwhelming, Start small and work your way up; if you jump up, you'll fall down, but if you grow up, you'll stay up, When a small business fails, it's relatively straightforward to recover and restart, but when a large company fails, it's not necessarily so simple.

3. I LEFT THE BUSINESS TOO EARLY FOR OTHERS TO MANAGE:

You can't put your new business in the hands of others and expect them to care for it the way the vision carrier will, A new business, like a newborn infant, need as much attention as possible in order to thrive, Hired managers are rarely as committed to overcoming the obstacles that come with running a business as you are, Unless the firm is automated and can function on its own, however as a small business owner, you may not have the financial resources or even the knowledge to automate your business at that time, Better manage your company yourself until it grows in prominence.

4. I DIDN'T HAVE A MENTOR:

Mentors are shoulders on which you can lean to look forward, A mentor could have easily assisted me in anticipating these errors, I was simply running the business based on my book knowledge. It's critical to choose a mentor you can trust.

5. I WAS SENTIMENTAL IN HIRING:

Nothing kills a business faster than hiring family and friends based on "I know him" rather than competence, Make decisions based on principles rather than emotions. They all went their own ways after the firm failed, leaving me to suffer the agony alone, Finally, continue to learn. Continue to learn and improve in your field of work, Please look after your company. You're the one who started the baby business.
