1. Cheating

Business is something you always have to be honest about and avoid cheating. Most successful people out there are where they are today not because they started with too much money but they were honest with themselves and others. You should not try to outsmart others they might no let you know they are aware of your actions but will tarnish your image to others and end up turning your successful business into into a failure.


2. Frowning

They say dress the way you want to be addressed. Well in my case, appear the way you want to be patronised. Frowning makes some of your customers afraid of you and get others frustrated which will result to losing them at the end. Always have a smiley face even when it is not your mood but for the sake of your business. Imagine a customer comes to buy your product meanwhile the main reason he/she came was to watch your face. That was by the way. In order to have a successful business try having a successful smile.


3. Over Pricing

Imagine a customer comes and your products are too expensive for him even when you could have priced it to the customer at a lower price and still gain some profit. At the end of the day the customer will go to a different place and buy it at cheaper rate and forget of your shop even when you reduce the prices of your products later. Do not try to make over 50% profit from a single product as a new entrepreneur.


4. Not having quality time for customers

A customer comes to buy a product and because you are feeling lazy you tell the customer the product is not in stock at the moment. That is a very bad practice, you should always have time for customers when they arrive and sometimes convince them into buying what they didn't even plan to bit make sure it's good for them so they could return next time.


Back to how you can make your business a successful one;
