Ghana to share experiences gained in the Oil and gas sector with Gayana

The Vice President of the Republic, Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has expressed that the country is ready to share ideas when it comes to developmental projects with any other country to better the lives of their citizens. 

The Veep made this statement when he met with the Vice President from Gayana. This he said is the sure way to help affect lives and improve upon the productivity of the citizenry.

His Excellency, Bharrat Jagdeo, Veep from Gayana came into the country yesterday and he was having a bilateral talk on improving upon the existing cooperation between Ghana and Gayana. Reports has it that he is going to spend three days in the country to complete his working visit before leaving for his country. 

H.E Bharrat is here with a delegation to have talks and learn on the country's oil and gas sector. They are bound to share the experiences gained as well as legal frameworks in the oil sector and go back to Gayana and implement them in their energy sector.

His Excellency Mr. Bharrat ws of the view that Gayana and Ghana's bilateral relations are beyond the oil and gas sector and they are here to tap into all areas that would help their economy grow. 

The Ghanaian team that met Mr. Bharrat consisted of personnel from the Ghana Gas, Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), and other personnel within the oil marketing chain, as well as the Energy Commission.
