The Ghana Grid Company in collaboration with the Electricity Company of Ghana have released a timetable to undertake interruptions in power supply. According to them, this would facilitate contractors at various stages and times.it is also part of projects to improve power supply reliability and system voltages.
They explained that, the Pokuase Bulk Supply Point which is sponsored by Milennium Challenge Corporation under the auspices of Milennium Development Authority will require a tie into Ghana Grid Company's 330kv transmission line.
Standing on the path of this, the Ghana Electricity Company have released a timetable to inform it's customers and the general public that the tie in work will take eight days thus, 10th May to 17th May 2021. The affected area is the North Eastern part of Accra.
