Management of the Ghana Water Company Limited in the Northern Region has moved to distance itself from one Zakaria Nasara Yakubu, a former staff who worked at the company's substation at Dalun in the Kumbungu District. It is not clear what led to the issuance of the disclaimer or why Yakubu is no longer an employee but the water Distributing Company has in statement warned the public to desist from engaging his services, saying anyone who deals with him do so at his peril.
Management of the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL), Northern region, Tamale and (the District Management of Dalun) wishes to announce to its cherish customers in Dalun, Kumbungu, Tolon, Nyankpala and its environs as well as the public that Messrs Zakaria Nasara Yakubu is no more an employee of the company(Ghana Water Company Limited)," The statement issued on Tuesday[October 12] noted and went on to add:
"Management of the Ghana Company Limited, (GWCL), therefore wishes to caution the public that any customer or member of the public who transact or does business with him, hereby do so at his or her own risk."
