Bank of Ghana sacks two representatives over fake certificate

The Bank of Ghana (BoG) has affirmed the end of the arrangement of two staff who introduced counterfeit authentications to get work at the Central Bank.

Albeit the Central Bank didn't reveal their names, it said in an assertion gave on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, that it had not excused 90% of new individuals from staff as being conjectured via web-based media.

The episode being alluded to include two individuals from staff whose arrangements were fired for giving phony declarations as a component of their work documentation, the Bank said.

It added that the assertion coursing via web-based media was bent to mislead general society.

The Bank of Ghana wishes to place on record that excusals are an ordinary Human Resources the board work for staff whose direct is inadmissible or have submitted an offense, as specified in the Bank's handbook on Human Resource Policies, the assertion added.
