As The Executive Chairman of the Jospong Group of Companies, Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, has promised to Make Africa especially Ghana the cleanest country. He has donated 5million Ghana cedis to support the Government of Ghana in the fight to keep Ghana clean.
He revealed this statement during the inauguration of the new Kumasi water waste plant. He disclosed, " I am humbly here to announce Jospong Group of Companies has donated 5 million Ghana cedis for research into waste management issues both liquid-solid and e-waste. So that universities and research centers can access and then use it for research issues and I believe that Ghana is young age is that we will be able to solve our problems in an indigenous, professional and technical manner. we are collaborating with our partners to establish liquid waste, E- wast and other waste facilities in all the religions. As I'm speaking now the construction of tamale is ongoing Takoradi next week is going to be under construction." I would like to thank the government of this country Ghana. Through the leadership Of our president Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffu Addo for privatizing environmental sanitation and his commitment to it. Therefore the establishment of this Sanitation Levy is an achievement for this leadership."
