Farmers in Ghana were celebrated today for their hard work in ensuring the people in the country get food to eat everyday. Their efforts do not only provide food for us but also in one way or the other provide jobs for the citizens.
In order to praise them for their hard service, a day has been set aside to acknowledge them. On the set day, some of the farmers are adjudged as Best Farmers and given numerous prizes for their hard work.
In Accra Municipal Assembly, the person who was rated as the best farmer received a Bicycle, Knapsack Sprayer and a Certificate. This made Ghanaians angry as they heavily criticised the MCE in the Municipal Assembly.
As many Ghanaians are wondering as to what other prizes other Best Farmers won, a picture has surfaced online which has gotten Ghanaians in the right mood. In the picture which is circulating around, some farmers received Tractors and Harvesters, Knapsack Sprayer and some fortunate ones won Houses.
