The finance minister, Ken Ofori Atta said that The Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) Personnels are to take advantage of YouStart initiatives and other opportunities available to build an entrepreneur Nation as they exit the NABCO program on the 1st of September, 2022.
“As they exit, the current cohort on the program are encouraged to take advantage of YouStart initiative and other existing programs in our drive to build an Entrepreneurial Nation.”
Finance Minister, Ken Ofori said in parliament today July 25, 2022, during the presentation of the mid-year budget review that the Nation Builders Corps ( NABCO) program which was supposed to last for three years but was extended for an additional year will be completed in 1st September 2022.
"Mr. Speaker, our iconic National Builder’s Corps (NABCo) program, which was initially to run for three years and extended for e additional year, will be completed by 1st September 2022,”
He added that it is government policy to support young entrepreneurs to get access to training and funds to start their businesses and be able to employ others.
