According to Percival Kofi Akpaloo, LPG founder and leader, the country's current Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, should be replaced immediately by someone more competent who can work relentlessly to improve the country's economic situation.
After Ghana's financial crisis, he says, Ken Ofori-management Atta's of the country's economy has been catastrophic, and he should be removed from his position as Minister of Finance.
Because he oversaw "the tragic breakdown of the economy," he said, Ken Ofori-Atta is unfit for the job, according to him.
Furthermore, he told Kumasi-based FOX FM that the Finance Minister must be removed of his position as Chair of the Economic Management Team in order to allow the President to rebuild the team.
On Friday, July 1, the Information Ministry said that President Akufo-Addo and IMF chief Kristalina Georgieva had already had a chat about a possible bailout of Ghana.
