MTN Ghana have made it easier for its customers to redeem some points from their previously used airtime and data bundles which can still be converted into airtime or bundles.
To be able to access this feature, MTN is encouraging its customers to continue to talk, text and browse more to accumulate more points. Below is the steps by which you can redeem your points and convert it into airtime or data bundles of your choice;
1. Dial *550#.
2. Select option 7 ( MTN rewards)
3. Select option 1 ( check points)
4. Select option 0 to go back.
5. Select option 99 for more options.
6. Select option 2 ( redeem points)
7. Choose which package suits you ( airtime or data bundles).
8. Choose the available points you have and confirm.
The amount of points you selected will be converted into airtime or data bundle and transfer into your account for use.
In order to gain more points, continue to talk, text and browse more to gain more points.
