According to managers of the fund, only 7 Million Cedis is currently in the fund, the COVID-19 trust fund used to have 57 Million Cedis in it.
The which uses to receive donations from 700 donors, but now donations are not forthcoming.
Managers have attributed this partly to misconceptions about the trust fund and have indicated that, any one who want accountability can request information from the right source.
Fund managers are therefore exploring other avenues to raise funds as they appeal for support.
