The Former Sissala West MP, Alhaji Amidu Sulemana who is currently paramount Chief of Jawia in the Sissala West Constituency has partially been blamed for the deplorable nature of Sissala West Roads.
The European Union has issued 35Million Euros to Upper West Region for the expansion and development of farm roads estimated to be 670kilometers, the contracts were allocated to some Districts including:
