Ghanaians Massively React As TV3 Ghana Drops This Picture On Social Media

Ghanaians have expressed their displeasure about the rising inflation in the country. The inflation rate moved from June 2022's 29.8 per cent to July 2022's 31.7 per cent and now to 33.9 per cent in August 2022.

Why are the prices of foodstuff going up daily basis? Would the prices of foodstuff ever come down or it is "forward ever, backward never"?

TV3 Ghana has posted a picture of a notice served by a beans seller to her customers. The notice simply indicated that the selling price of beans would no more be GHS3 from Monday onwards.

Does this mean that those who can not afford would be starved? What does this imply to Ghanaians?

Well, many Ghanaians have reacted vehemently to the notice as they found it highly interesting.

Whilst some regular patrons of beans have expressed their displeasure about the change in the minimum price, other Ghanaians have asked the food sellers not to increase their prices.

What do you make of the ongoing public discussion?
