Fix the country conveynor, Oliver Barker-Vormawor has asserted that Ghana has been to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for 16 times and preparing for the 17th time but nothing will change.
In a post shared on his official Facebook page on, Saturday, 26th March 2022 he wrote;
"I have been listening to Stephen Amoah on Newsfile; and For the life of me; I wonder where Samson finds the strength to sit through these conversations.
This country is imploding; yet the lack of honesty and forthright introspection is absent. Nothing about our leadership, instinct for corruption and the structure of our economies reassures me that we won’t as a people be poorer in 30 years.
We have been to the IMF 16 times; preparing for the 17th. Nothing will change. We will keep going round and round in the same circle.The destiny of Young people is being lost. We can’t sit tweedling our thumbs. We must act now. ".
