The Host of Kokrokoo at peace 104.3 FM, Kwame Sefa Kayi asks the president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo that, why didn't he go for the twenty-four million dollars ($24M) from India government to continue the Komenda sugar factory.
Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo answers, This is because, the Komenda sugar factory collapsed during the era of the former president, John Dramani Mahama so there is no need to go for the $24M from the India government.
Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo went ahead to explain the reason why the Komenda sugar factory collapsed and he said, it is because John Dramani Mahama lacks raw materials to process the factory.
The president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo had an appointment with peace 104.3 FM on Thursday, October 21, 2021 and made all this comment.
