Dr. Benjamin Otchere-Ankrah said it seems the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) trains the entire country's leadership so the leaders in Ghana mostly wait for a disaster to happen before they do what is necessary for them.
Dr. Benjamin Otchere-Ankrah also said due to the current situation in which Ghana has found herself when it is about to rain and a citizen bets that most of the places will be flooded, that citizen will win.
Dr. Benjamin Otchere-Ankrah claims it is not that we are ignorant of our problems but rather that the willingness to do is not there.
Dr. Benjamin Otchere-Ankrah said we know our problems and the solutions to them but we don't want to solve them.
Dr. Benjamin Otchere-Ankrah discloses this on Peace 104.3 FM in an interview with the host of Kokrokoo, Kwame Sefa Kayi.
