
The Vice President of the republic of Ghana, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is expected to finally address Ghanaians on governments decision for the IMF bailout.
Ghanaians have long expected to hear the voice of the Leader of the Economic Management Team, Dr Bawumia to address the nation long before today.
The news of Dr Bawumia addressing the nation was squeezed out by the Founder of the Danquah Institute, solicitor and a leading member of the New Patriotic Party, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko.
Mr Gabby Otchere Darko stated via a tweet that “the Vice President is expected to speak on Ghana’s decision to go to the IMF at this event.”
The address is expected to take place on the 14th of July at the official launch of the collaboration between Accra Business School and South East Technological University Ireland.
Ghanaians can't wait to hear the Leader of the Economic Management Team, Dr Bawumia speak to the nation on why the government decided to go to the IMF and what the nation should expect from it.
