The honourable member of parliament for the Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has hinted at his moves to open a steel plant in the country soon. He made this known to the public when he talked about the positive outlook that Ghanaians need to develop in their pursuit of successes in their work lives.
Honourable Kennedy Agyapong spoke on "The Attitude" show on Net2 TV on Friday night 4th February 2022 advising the youth to eschew laziness, be loyal, stay focused and work hard in discipline to realize their dreams. He further described that he is a man of many dreams and he makes sure that he achieves them at any positive length.
"In addition to building one of the biggest cold stores in West Africa and exporting tuna, I aim at being the first person to compete with foreigners in the country when it comes to steel manufacturing. I am building a steel plant here in Ghana, and just as Ibrahim Mahama did in the cement industry, I will be the first Ghanaian to build a steel plant in Ghana. And I will do for everyone to see it because I am determined to do it", honourable Kennedy Agyapong said. He added that scamming people or using foul means to "get rich quick" does not sustain a person but will only crush you down in a day, but with a strong savings culture, determination, and perseverance coupled with discipline will see one succeeding just like himself.
