The Preliminary Stage of the 2021 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) competition begins today in the Greater Accra Region. The quiz is aimed at testing the knowledge of senior high school students in the field of Science and Mathematics and their application in solving societal problems.
There is a new format for the Preliminary Stage of the competition this year which is different from the previous years. The Preliminary Stage contests would be done on regional and zonal basis this year.

Today in the Greater Accra Region, three Prelims contests would be done among the nine (9) schools which won their regional qualifiers contests. The Prelims contests in the Greater Accra Region are given below:
Chemu SHS vs. Tema Methodist SHS vs. Holy Trinity Catholic SHS
St. Thomas Aquinas SHS vs. Ashaiman SHS vs. Ghanata SHS
Odorgonno SHS vs. Olam SHS vs. West Africa SHS
Three (3) schools would progress to the 1/8th stage of the competition after today's contests. Which of the schools would win their contests and qualify for the next stage of the competition?
