Popular and celebrated versatile Ghanaian heavyweight Musician, hiplife/highlife artiste, Kwame Nsiah - Apau, also known as Okyeame Kwame, has recieved another prestigious award from the University of Education Winneba based on his contribution in promoting Made in Ghana Products, Culture and traditions through his Music.
The Head of Theater Arts Department, at the University of Education Winneba, together with the Department President, presented the Citation of Award to the legendary Musician at the School on the 14th of July, 2021, in a short Celegends Event to honor Yeeko hitmaker Okyeame Kwame, and other renowned personalities from the School and in the Country.
When he received the honorary award from the School in person, he acknowledge what he described as a huge priviledge, the Made in Ghana crooner dedicated the award to all his loving fans,who has been with him in all his Musical career journey.

For the past 24 years, Okyeame Kwame has excelled in the music industry both in Ghana and abroad. He was part of the first hiplife group to receive the Ghana Music award ( hiplife song of the year).
He has won hiphop artiste of the year, video of the year, songwriter of the year twice, nominated across Africa for his music and won some.
Okyeame Kwame completed KNUST with a degree in Linguistics and a master’s degree in Marketing Strategy from University of Ghana Business school.
