The minister of education, Hon Yaw Adutwum visited some senior high schools as part of his routine visits which provides him with the rare opportunity to interact with students and teachers in the classroom.
The minister visited Afia Kobi Ampem Senior High School at Trabuom in the Ashanti Region on Sunday 15th May, 2022 to interact with the students.
He joined the entire students body to share their breakfast. While serving on the table, Hon Yaw Adutwum shared nuggets of wisdom using his life story as an example.
"As I continue to champion skill acquisition, practical training, innovation and creativity among students, I was particularly amazed by the Engineering club of the school who showcased a drone they designed.It was interesting to watch the 8-member engineering club fly the drone for over 1 km.
My visit was indeed fruitful and I am looking forward to my next school visit" he added.
