The Ghana Education Service (GES) is asking all District Directors to submit data on qualified beneficiaries of Transfer Grant, Car Maintenance and other allowances for year 2019 and 2020.
According to statement intercepted by Avenueghana and signed by the Director General of GES, Prof Kwasi Opoku Amankwa, the data must be submitted by the Dstrict Directors to their respective Regional Directors with the necessary supporting documents latest by 30th April, 2021.
Regional Directors are then expected to vet the data and submit both soft and hard copies of the list of qualified beneficiaries with supporting documents for their respective directorates under all the categories of allowances using the existing templates and submit final data to the Director-General, Attention Head of Budget by 15th May, 2021.

By this teachers who are beneficiaries should submit the necessary supporting documents to their respective district of education for early processing.
