Thank you for clicking on this article.

Most of the teacher in the country have been complaining about their salaries. They have been saying that they are paid poorly. Even when you check the salaries of public sector workers salaries, you can see that teacher's salary is not enough. The Ghana National Association of Teachers has come out to release a statement, given good news for all teachers in the country.

According to the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), teachers work with Students on persistence and teach them to learn from their failures, and they teach their students to become successful, proud and confident in themselves. Teachers also work hard and make an impact on their students by the choices they make to keep trying and never give up, and bring passion and give life to learning in the classroom, yet, teachers are paid so poorly.

The Ghana National Association of Teachers also stated that, in order to improve the Education System, teachers must be compensated fairly for the work they do, and this doesn't only mean that Teachers should receive higher pay, but also the condition of service for Teachers should change too to reflect in their life.

The Teacher's Union concluded by saying that, they are promising all teachers that, they are going to do everything in their power to fight for a significant percentage increase during the Bargaining Day. Please share, like and comment on this article. Please follow sarpandy for more news
