The West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) always advise students to desist from any form of examination malpractices. If a candidate is found in the examination hall with notes, textbooks, prepared materials or any other printed materials, the candidate’s entire results in the examination can be withheld. Even in some cases, the result of that candidate can be cancelled.
Looking at the screenshot from the video in this article, a student is busily writing answers on her thighs. This might probably be answers to the Social Studies or the French questions paper they wrote yesterday. Mostly, there are inspections before the commencement of the examination but where this girl wrote the answers is her private part.
No supervisor or invigilator will inspect the thighs of students before the commencement of the examination so she believes she will not be caught. But here is someone secretly recording her before the examination. But the question is: Will the answers she has written on her thighs be for the questions in the BECE?
If this video gets to authorities she can be penalized for examination malpractices. It is better to study your 'apor' without sending answers to the examination hall. WAEC will not forgive you if you are caught. Good luck to all BECE candidates studying hard to pass their examinations.
